When I first switched on my t68m, the sunrise animation appeared, but after that one time, I never saw it again.
After I had the t68i upgrade, the new SE animation appeared, but after that , I never saw it again.
Anyone know what's going on?

check you settings....
Settings -> Display -> User greeting
Set it to "Standard" if you want the
animation

Well, I will next time I turn my 'phone off- it has that annoying "turn it off and loose your data accounts" bug!
