HBH 30 turns off by itself

Does anyone else have this problem. Even though it indicates that the battery is fully charged it turns off in a few minutes and never ready to be used when I receive a call. What can I do to correct this?

i had the same problem and returned it to sony ericsson. they sent me a new one. Works well though I think it is not as loud as my old one. but it works.
