Well I don't seem to be having much look on this forum lately! I have once again been scammed, my third time in less than a year!
Today I recieved the T610 I bought off BONDIE_86 on Sunday night. I paid via PayPal the £30 I offered which included delivery and any additional fees. When I recieved the phone today I was disgusted at the "as new" condition of the phone. I was told it had minor, almost unseeable scratches on the back. I have been in discussions with BONDIE_86 and have been told that infact it is his girlfriends phone! She has emailed me claiming that I caused the damage. I took the phone from the postie, checked it out, was not happy and then took photos and showed BONDIE_86. I have asked for a refund but apparently as I caused the damage, will not be recieving one! Also if I were to, it would be just £22 as that is all she got after postage etc. Was she forced into accepting my offer? No. Please everyone be aware and don't get scammed like myself.
Make up your mind guys, and perhaps ask if it is his gfs phone!

Well aparently £3 for paypal and about £5 for special delivery which I asked for instead of standard delivery because I needed the phone.

He put pics up but they were well small and you can get nothing out of them as the detail would be difficult to see. Also he is tryin to sell a D500 (AS NEW 2)... Probably dodgy too.

Exactly, also it easily scratches too.... But you wouldnt be able to tell what is wrong with it... you may find there is no battery at all even

What are you talking about coxy? Whether it is my gf's fone, I havn't seen the phones in a while... She sent me the pictures through PM, maybe that is why they are so small. And yes, she posted via Special Delivery which was £5.35, the PP fees were there abouts £3.00... The phones are not dodgy atall, just the T610 maybe was not 'as new'... As stated but when you take in to condideration that she only got £22 and if she was to post it back it would cost another £8...

I have just been told from a source that does not wish to be named that BONDIE_86 would infact be the one packaging the phone up to send. As I said to you BONDIE_86 at the very least the phone was falsely advertised, does this not mean I should be refunded?

The pictures were taken on the phones themselfs... That is why they are small... She sent them to me via MSN...

Listen MATE... you LIE.... When you were trying to sell to me and cancelled you mentioned that you need confirmation so u package up the phone and have it ready to send to me.... You never mentioned that the phone was with your GF and also you telling me that your GF never told you the actual condition of the phone, that is CRAP and you know it is.

I must add that this phone isn't even for me, but a friends who's Siemens SL55 broke whilst I was using it (software crashed) and I therefore promised a phone, in good condition. Is this in good condition?!?!?!

You should have mentioned that your GF is selling it... either way you are lying or your GF is lying and you should do the decent thing and give him his refund.

The phone was sent in the condition stated... the phone was in good hands never been treated badly.. so had a few scratches.. that could easily be fixed it isnt in a complete mess at all!!
As for bad mouthing Bondie_86 he was doing a favour for me... and we are not guilty, fact is this phone has been tampered with when you received it Coxy... so that is why you will not be getting a refund!! plus grassing me up to PayPal wont get you anywhere... they have emailed me and said it has nothing to do with them!!
