Whaaaaat, Good Year makes rubber soles for Adidas I wonder if Pirelli/Michelin/Continental will tie-up with Nike/Reebok/Asics Tiger in the future

Adidas are my personal favourite if i could afford a pair of carlo gruber i would snap them up very hard to get hold of though! Last pair of these went for £90 on ebay

What is the most anyone would pay for trainers? The most i have ever paid is £60 i think.
But there are these ones i want and there gonig to be like £90 do you think it is a waste of money. Trainers get ruined so easily!

Hmmm i really really want them and there super rare so the longer i leave it the dearer they will become!

No lol it isn't jd, it is only a small shop and they sell rarish trainers and there all hanging individually of the wall which is a nice wooden background.
There is one in Manchester directly opposite Marks and Spencers, there is a body shop next door or nearby too.
Anyway i bought the trainers $150 shipped from the usa. Hopefully will get them next week sometime.

My mum skits at me because i always say i want things that were so 70's or 80's like i want a tank top and she just laughs and says you can have my old one.

I prefer buying those with complicated designs (latest ones), having 3 or 4 mixing colors . . . I saw this one Adidas (trainers/outdoors use) which has a black and neon green color combo, I hope I can buy it one day . . .

I feel for you, adidas are the only trainers i would buy apart from maybe certain lacoste ones.
I suppose there is ebay and places so its not all bad. Least you can get hold of them from other means.

@miss c - Yeah, that's the one . . . looks like it's for - cheerleaders! The other brand that I like too is: Asics-Tiger ! Nike is like Nokia at my end, 'blind-loyalty-buy' . . . they don't look much for quality when choosing one.

Have you heard ofthe brands: Kaypee and Thunder? They are BIG hits at my end in the 90's, not as popular as Adidas though . . .
