Hi guys,
tonight I tried to update my firmwork with sony ericsson software
I did everything as the software told me
I press C but nothing happend, then I close the program and Put my sim card back and turn the phone on
but nothing happend
(
I don't know what to do now
can u guys help me ?
my phone is W550i

meht3, does the phone turn on and stay with a white screen of it just doesn't turn on. Did you try charging for 3 hours first and foremost?

no I didn't charge it and Battry status was about 10%
