Disc2phone Bit rate settings

Jus a quick question yall,wat if u set the bit rate to 128 kbps instead of 192 kbps,how would it affect play back quality? i know it uses less memory but jus wana about sound quality. thanx

I have no problem with 128, I think that's a great size and good quality.
