That's right. And there was an accidental release of the active chemical that was hushed up. I believe the spill was in california somewhere....
But in all seriousness, they don't understand the nature of sexual attraction - hormones determine how horny we are, not the sex of the object of our affections. All the bomb is likely to do is make people MORE horny than usual. I don't know if it would be possible to make the average male US soldier MORE horny than he usually is.
