What are the GPRS prices for 1 Mb traffic in your countries? In mine - Bulgaria, all the 3 operators charge 1 Mb at 2,50 Euros, which is quite much I think.

When gprs was introduced in norway, telenor charged 100NOK (aprx. 13 euro) for 1 MB data. Dunno the prize nowadays, I think its about 2,5 euro here altso (I hope).

In South Africa it's about US 30 cents/MB...it's pretty cheap but gets even cheaper when you're on a data package or buy prepaid data bundles.

it's BDT1000 (around USD 14.7) / month if fixed rate pacakage
or
BDT20.48tk (around USD 0.301) / 1mB..Here in Bangladesh.

In Belgium (Proximus) it's 0,5 € per 100k and per connection for 'light' users.
Or by monthly fee: 18,5 € per 10 MB. 1,81 € per MB you use extra.

In New Zealand, if you are not on a plan, the Casual rate is NZD10.00 (approx USD6.40 or EUR5.40) per MB.

But I think you can also get a 3MB plan for NZD10.00 anyway, and every additonal MB is NZD2.00.

And they get cheaper and cheaper the more MB you purchase.
