Problem with v600 - Esato archive

I have a problem with my v600. When playing many different games after each other the screen goes off and after about a minute it comes back on, without logging off. It also happens when sending big files with bluetooth. Can it have something to do with the RAM. Please help!!!

My guess would be you may just have a faulty screen,but it could be a number of different things aswell.
