z1010 and v800 cause error while browsing

Hi,

i'm browsing using a SE v800 and z1010 to my multi parted site, and every so often, not on a certain page and not regulary, i get an error "save to memory" on the screen.

An interesting thing in the v800 is that sometimes, before the error, the HTTP request for the link is messed up (like there was a memory overrun or something).

does anyone know or heard about something like that?
