Dubai is SOO looking like Final Fantasy 8

why is the first picture different from the other two?its looks nifty, but i hope no one opens the windows

Posted by axxxr
I think this will be the submerged part of the hotel, under water....the other two obviously show the hotel above the sea level.

so the bottom of that picture, is the ground? Its confusing what im saying, so are them green things trees? cos thats what put me thinking it was twwo different designs... Guess theres no need for a swimming pool

Posted by axxxr
That picture is just obviously just CGI....I can only guess that those trees will be fake to make the sea bed more interesting...but that is what the submerged undersea part of the hotel will look like....

quote from the Article:

In order to enter this surreal space, visitors will begin at the land station. This 120m woven, semicircular cylinder will arch over a multi-storey building.

I don't know?...but i presume they must be preparing for all eventuality's such as Tsunami's,earthquakes ect....

there must be so much safety involved

Posted by *Jojo*
As far as I know there's NO 'fail-safe' thing on this Earth . . . had that 4th plane in the 9-11 tragedy hit the White House (which some says has a Force-Field device) then everyONE else will succumb to any eventualities . . .

Posted by axxxr
mate there is no force field around the white house....

It will look great once built but sea is rough, salt gonna eat everything and plants gonna develop on it unless they clean it every week.
