The First Bluetooth Adapter

When Bluetooth was first launched through Ericsson, I brought the bluetooth headset and adapter. I used it on the T28, but have never used the adapter since.

My question is: which handsets support the adapter? Cos I want to use it again.

And why does the adapter fit some of the newer handset but not work? (I know it is down to the developed software, but why not make them compatable)
