K750i Firmware etc - Esato archive

Hi all im new so be gentle,
ive just had a new k750i from orange. great phone but not without probs (tomtom compatability)

I've downloaded the update service prog from SE but when i run prog it just sits there playing an annoying ditty with two splash screens?! thats it nowt else and i cant terminate prog without restart. ive un/re installed 3 times no change.

i also want to know how to find what vr firmware im using

Can anyon ehelp?
