someone posted this one in this thread a few days ago which works great on my K750 and so definitly worth a try on your K700

most of what I know comes from Esato members and just a little from experimenation and lpaying and fiddling
therefore, with a little reading and searching everyone here can know what I know!
mind you there is alot more that I don't know compared with what I do know so still plenty of learning, reading and searchnig to do
