i have sony ericson w550i phone, just buy before one moth
topdy i connect my phone with my pc from usb cable.and doing file transfer. and in two mini. my phone sudanly get hungup. and in my pc detecte virsu wrnig also.
and after that my phone not sarted agin. i remove my battery and replung also but not started. only get falsh screen and got agin hung up.
i aslo go to my delar and he said that your phone is infected with virus and your phone software is curapted.
so i have to formating and installing software and you have to pay for this.
can anybady hlpe .how can i resolve this problem

I don't think it's a virus - as far as I know most phone viruses only affect smartphones - someone correct me if I'm wrong!
Sounds like some sort of software problem. My W550i does turn off and go into USB mode when I plug it into the computer, though it does ask me first if I want to stay in phone mode (charges only) or USB (file transfer) mode.
