Ever since I flashed to the R1N035 firmware, my phone has been freezing even more than before and the screen has been wigging out. Finally, it completely died - unable to turn on. I have removed my battery, SIM, and memory stick to no avail.
Strangely, even in it's dead state, I was able to initiate the SEUS and it flashed to the latest firmware but ended up giving me the "error executing script" message at the end. It has remained dead, completely unable to turn on since then. I have charged my battery for hours which hasn't helped. The SEUS occasionally still works and says I don't need updating.
Is there any way to hard reset the phone without having it on? Any way to flash to an older firmware to see if this helps? Any other suggestions, please? Thanks.

Hello!
Welcome to Esato!
Looks like people are having similar problems elsewhere too... see this thread for example..
If nothing works out you might have to take it to

Try the recovery option in SEUS.

How do I do the "recovery"? I've read this on many other posts but can't figure it out. The new SEUS doesn't give you any options. Was it something specific to the older SEUS?

It verifies which is the certificate of color of the telephone. To upgrade with the program SEUS, the phone has to be RED. Telephones with certified BROWN can only use cable of service. Cable DCU60 is not supported by none program in phones RED, even SEUS.
