W600i Conversation recording

Iam very recent w600i user, after digging in the phne I realized that it is not able to record conversations online as offered in the documentation. When I pick this function it only creates an small file with nothing in it at sounds subdirectory.The voice message recorder is working ok. I have contacted SE personnel and they dont know nothig about this and how to solve it. Any idea of it? Does anybody realized about this error?
