Yesterday it was working fine, dunno what happened today. just now, when i tried, its giving error.
Guys please try & check out, this problem is just for me or for all of you ?

i hav mms and live enabled on my j300i phone.
is der a way to access net on da j300i without using a pc.
i hav tried jingboyx meth on page but after clossing my streamin i cont even access live page.
its shovin a communication error.

Yes you can use the streamin method to access full internet on J300i with just Airtel live subscription. I ve got it to work on a J300i . You have to create 2 data accounts with same live settings. Set the first as default internet profile. Set the second as the default for streaming. Remember proxy must be disabled under streamin settings. And proxy must be enabled for internet settings and set internet mode to http. Now just open up a streamin channel on live page . . . Close it to return to wap browser and then type any address. It will work. I ve downloaded so many mp3 using this method:)

der is one thin jingboyx u don need to download opera mini every time.when u click da download link it wil ask do u want to replace da existin one.just select no.
after tat it wil ask do u want to start now'select yes

I have Sony Ericsson W550i
Sony Ericsson W550i have xhtml web browser, supports HTML and wap site. I have also installed Opera Mini. When we can connect to pc then ther must be some trick to connect thru phone web browser or opera mini.
I travel a lot, so if ther is any possibility of browsing html sites thru my w550i then i can check my mails...
Please Guide me how to connect Opera mini or phone web browser to access html sites....

Am planning to buy Nokia 6630... If am not wrong ur using Nokia 6630 right... How is this phone? Camera? Mp3 sound? Hanging or reboot problem? Over all performance? and last but not the least, Our trick is working fine or not? Is ther any improvement with EDGE & 3G?
I have Sony Ericsson W 550i now.

N6630 is a good phone. Camera, MP3 sound are very good(especially camera). I haven't experienced any hanging or rebooting problem yet with my phone. All is working smoothly. You might be knowing that 6630 has fastest processor in whole s60 platform. That's y menus & apps are opening very fast. I'm using this GPRS trick since February via my 6630. When compared to 6600, I'm getting very good speed(45kbps average at daytime).

@stayback yes u can use free gprs on ur w500.Am using tat even in my j300i.Today i tried in my friends W500 n its workin smoothly.
heres da settins create 2 live profiles in ur data communication.Lets name dem as A1 n A2. Apn:airtelfun.com

@stayback in da internet profiles make 2 internet profiles. Enable proxy in da first one n disable proxy in da second one. Go to streamin player settings n disable proxy n set da second account as da streamin setting. Restart da phone

Go to mini.opera.com n downlad da opera mini after installin it wil ask do u want to start click yes n u can use mini to browse n can download through tat. For other times downolad mini it wil ask do u want to replace click no den run from der den rock

phones ( or any other for that matter) ..or thru gprs ... its amusing to note that folks dont mind spending a few thousand bucks on a new phone every now and then...but cringe at paying a measly buck per sms

actually for me sms costs 15paise n every month i wil get around rs150 for sms with every rechargin.
right now i hav rs6000 for sms
a hell lot of offers for sms from airtel

I am using mms apn..... iwas able to surf thru it...... but frm yesterday onwards.....whenever i try to connect thru PC it displays a msg on my phone as ' Subscribe to Gprs first'...... if they 've stopped this mms apn then how is that i can surf all sites thru phone......pls reply.....

@abner if u get that message, I guess airtel has deactivated mms for you. You should call them up and tell them to activate it for u again.

I have SE T610.I have tried Spartran's trick but what happens actually when i connect My PC to T610 thru Dial up networking.It gets connected & it shows 115.2 KBPS speed.Then i try to open any site on my mobile it does not say "Access Denied" but it shows"Communication error,contact your WAP service provider".
after that if i try to open the site on my PC it does not get opened.
Whats the prob actually why i am not able to get access denied on my mobile.
I have tried this trick on Nokia 6600 it was working well.what to do.Please tell me the settings for T610.although i have done the settings manually withthe help of customer care.Airtel live is going well on my T610.
Please help.

Did i make a mistake by changing the handset.

and if yes ...then do the proxy settings go like 100.1.200.99 and port 8080

the live streaming trick still not working 4 me .every time i use the live streaming player and then use the phone browser it says no server access.
I dont know if u all guys know this or not when dialling to net using pc ,it says verifiying username and password and in that instant if we open applications like mig 33 , opera mini etc it says "allow network access " then press yes then we can use net thru the applications.Once connected we can disconnect it from pc .the connection stays active till we quit the open application.

@guest why are u spamming in the thread? Configuring this trick on an SE is easier compared to a nokia set.
