The 2 connections with 100.001.200.099 method stopped working for me when I bought my new K550i... It used to work fine on my Z550i (One connection for the browser and one for opera mini).
I just tried .211 and sites seem to be working fine even without the trick... Am I being charged (15p/10kb) for this?
apn is still airtelfun btw.

Hi, i'm a airtel nop service subscriber. I can browse almost all sites, but not able to use my phone's email feature, its a Sony ericsson m600 btw. I asked the airtel cc guys, and after hours of waiting they told me to switch to airtel mobile office, and thats not available on airtel prepaid. . As email isn't working, also agile messenger isnt working, I guess there are some ports blocked...
Any workaround to open these ports or just make the email feature work on my phone ..
P.S. Gmail app works on my fone but thats a java thing and uses the port 80 i guess.
Plz any help would be much appreciated, thanks guys.

@fullthrottle-check the speeds at the bottom-u must be knowing that if uve ever used flashejt...and i dont know why it shows 2.18 kbps....when i checked in broadband(i use broadband for surfing and airtel for downloading) even then it showed about 10 kbps at the top and nearly 350 kbps at bottom....

I'm getting a maximum speed of 56kbps at the morning time. But after 10am, it works in mobile only.

Yes. I'm using IDM. But this trick works in morning session only.

.. but still 211 works fine n too speedy like a boadband in surfing for most of the times for me (still some times agar na chale to fir chalata hi nahi he),,,
90% of the time i got full internet in 2nd attempt..
STILL try this.. firstly open gprs in ur mobile even u can open only google now cut it and immidiately dial same profile from pc (means dial that profile from which u r using gprs on mobile).
