Yes. Spice network in Karnataka offers call barring service. I think Spice is nowadays better than Airtel. Very cheap call rates. Network coverage is the main issue. But they are working on it. The "Network Busy" problems are also very rare.
But call rates are very costly in Airtel. I would say costliest among all.

speeds are pathetic in a.p . I am using paid GPRS . It takes about fifteen minutes to open a mail box (opera mini) which is wap format , forget about opening html pages although it works ok in default browser or on my desktop . I guess they are capping

Good news for airtel karnataka...customers.. Recharge For 199 and get 177 talktime n 1year.. Validity.. Calls at 2 and sms at re1
this recharge is good if yr using the phone only.. For live.. Sms packs n other promo packs cannot be activated..

I guessed tat they ll ask me to send sum money to process my request to get this prize but i av told frankly tat i wont pay even single penny n if the agent (who replied me now) help me to get tat prize i ll give him 25%lol.
