hi, all though i am registering newly, i've known this trick for very long period.
now as u guys know 99 has stopped so has 2**, changing apn to a*****mm*.com also does't work (was working uptill last week, a*****fun.com was down in DELH* for past maybe 3 - 4 months).
but i was just tweaking all settings and Voila! 2** came alive ( by same old hit & try method) using the 2nd account did no good at the time when it didn't connect properly, instead hit and try made me connect.
now we've gotta find why 2nd account trick doesnt work?
lets see can u crack this?

Do anyone knows how to establish free gprs internet from airtel for PC.
I m 4m Bathinda(Punjab). I have tried the following settings but it did not worked. I was always greated by the same error :: "Your network settings do not allow you to request this URL". Does anyone knows what to do know.

Guys,
I'm saying Bye Bye to both Free GPRS and MO.
bcoz, yesterday I got the BSNL WLL Internet connection. I'm getting 130kbps speed. The best thing of this connection is only Rs.250/- per month with unlimited bandwidth.

coz 503 means netwrk so bsy .. Mean excesive load n past few dys when only m in this whole airtel who is using it for free gprs. It nvr shows up n wrks great.. Bt nw aftr my post i hav lostd my previous resource also along with nw1 ..

Now 2** is working here. I just tested it by downloading a 1 MB file and I was getting an average of 4.4KBps speed.
b/w, you are right. Only 100 odd members are actively contributing in this Free GPRS section. Others are just viewers(don't even have time to register and say thanks). Some just silently read/use our discoveries and others copy all the important discoveries made by us and paste in their blogs or forums(without mentioning the source). This is what I'm seeing from last 1 year.

In your area mo is based on recharge coupon or e-charge same as in kerala for that i didnt find any crack . In some states it is in daily rental in that case we may get free access by activating n deactivating many times

Now again 99 is down. It was fine till this afternoon and the speed was really good but right after 3 pm it suddenly became dead. But thankfully for me still nop is working. But i cant even browse in my pc using nop. Is there any solution for this?

Clearly airtel is benefiting 25 ps ech cl v made.. N ppls still opting airtel howervr knowing high rates due to free gprs..
So in short airtel is in money - money frm evry damn corner..
Bt nt in my case i hav make them appx. Loosing there 2-3 lacks..

guys, one good news, gtel plan to make their broad band connection more competetive. Soon they give 5 mbps lines for 500 rs. they are now testing. One dvd was downloaded in 48min.
Hutch is also testing their EDGE service in Chennai. i think they are preparing to meet vodafone. it's good time for us.
