People who come to this thread get nothing of what they are searching for. All contributors are requested to post here matters relating to fre G*RS only. good news desi-tek is back
now running on new dedicated server
my friend provided the web space to me
on 1gbps port and its uptime is almost 99.9%
and server it self take back up of complete file twice a week

finally i fixed database error and most of the dns server has been updated now
i am able to access desi-tek with default dns of bsnl
if u r still getting error than just pm me ur ip and user name i'll check the log
btw i am soon going to launch rapidshare premium link maker service which will provide rapidshare premium link of download
nothing from my pocket all thanx to adbrite and those who clicked on ads
i may get 15$ cheque soon out of that i'll spend 8-9$ on rs premium a/c
agar aur bachta hai than i'll open up 2 a/c for rs premium link service 2nd 1exclusive for airtel users and the 1st one for others:)

@Moderators. LOCK this thread at once. Why should there be double standards. When i was criticised for a 'vague' thread then how meaningful is this thread. Every post is straying too far from the original topic. Let the info which exists remain intact, but i think there is on new material to post in this thread. Just fuss being created. This samyakram should also be given a warning as i was given for heavily disregarding forum rules, posting about vista that too... In a thread all about airtel Gprs. guys, i am also using windows vista with offline crack. And i advice all the guys, don't use online activation method. Every time u activate ur hardware id was sent to windows and if they find yours is illegal you can't activate in future. and your hardware will get some problems.
And i advice u guys, don't make this topic deleted. Every day thousands of rapidshare links for vista deleted or damaged by microsoft professionals. If you want to save this topic please don't post like this.

Anyways, let me tell u about my case. You all know that I've a 40kbps internet connection(MO). So downloading GB's is a "daytime dream" for me. So I requested my friend(who has Dataone UL900) to download Vista and he downloaded it for me. I installed and removed it on the next day. 60% of the softwares I'm using were giving errors. By the way, I was getting 4.9 rating. MO was also slow in Vista when compared to XP MCE.
By the way, if anyone knows how to fine tune the cable TV channels in XP media center, plz let me know. I'm using Pinnacle PCTV card and I've installed the patch to get it working on Media center.

personally i recommend XP thn Vista,,,,,,,,,becoz of these resons
1)Vista is just out there may be a lot of bugs to be fixed
2)Many softwares and hardwares doesnt support vista as well
3)Old machines 2yrs back may req upgradation for rs 7500/- only to use vista
4)Some old hrdwares shows incompatablity with vista,,
So i think wait some more time atleast to release SP1 for vista and at the same time hardware prices will hash down,,,,,,
nd in case of Xp all major bugs are fixed,, there may be some ,,,,,
and all softwares and hardwares currently available are best suited for Xp,,,
So it 'll be better to use Xp......
