I walk (not that catwalk type, a brisky one) daily atleast 6 kms at 0500 IST. . . . . . . . . . Well, that early morning ozone in the atmosphere keeps the fitness up.

no exercise for me anymore. gave up my mountain bike for a motorbike back in April and have not been back on the pushy since. 5 solid years of riding/commuting, 5 years lost fitness. Not good'!

a jog or a long sail on bike.. gotta get back to it though because i had exxams and couldn't get out and ive gained sooo much weight lol

I walk so much at my job, I don't need a regular exercise regimen...outside of that, there's sex.

i cycle an average of 50 miles a week, including street, trials, 4X, and cross country disciplines.

thats quite an early start in the morning! i have gone out at 5:50AM to go out on my bike before, nice to see the sun rise too.

i go to work about 5:30 three mornings a week. its lush, im always so asleep i never feel the cold. i work in a shop and watching the sun slowly come up is cool. i just drink red bull and serve customers and watch the sun.

I cycle to uni every day - only about 3 miles each way but better than nothing! used to play lots of rugby but sadly not any more.

Jogging and a bit of push-ups when i'm not tired. Mostly i get a lot of exercise in college......cricket n table-tennis n footy n badminton n basketball......its always something or the other

I train for squash (yes sad sport u may think, but if i told you i was no.6 in england ) 5 times a week and tornaments at weekends, training is real serious for me and involves lots of pain

On the contrary i feel its quite a cool game........can be played even when you dont have a second player

i train for athletics and cross country in the winter 3 times a week and compete at the weekend

@jenbones - I think squash is a well good sport, not that i play it properly like you! good luck with it mate!

Good for training, the walls give iit you back unlike tennis and all others... but i'm lacking fitness at the moment...

@Batesie. Yes. It is nice to get gradually into the morning atmosphere and it keeps our eyes also fit enough.

I play badminton 3x a wk and do pushups, situps and lift a few weights at home on days that I don't play badminton. weekends I either go bouldering till my fingers hurt or do several hundred punching and kicking with my punching bag.

I usually run/jog to school weekday mornings, I guess that's around 3.5 Miles, Tuesday I do football with some mates, on Saturday it's swimming, and on Sunday I'll take a run through a park, usually about 6 Miles.

Two types of exercises 1.muscle building and 2.health maintenance are there. Yoga is good for health and flexible physique. Better not to mix both, alternate days are preferred.

Well i just moved in with my girlfriend into our own apartment we are both 18 and most of the mornings we get up we have sex and during the day we also have sex and when we come home in the knights we have sex in the shower and then go to sleep well if you consider that enough exercise i am well fit. I also have to spend on her probably thats why i ant buy the phone want.
