NEC 411i infra red help - Esato archive

i have recently brought a NEC 411i and first thing to say about it is its amazing. its a little complicated to use at first but you do get used to it but could anyone tell me how to send items through infra red. i go onto an item, send but the infra red option is not avaliable, any ideas??

its says in the manual that you can and it has the option of sending it its just that i cant select the option on my phone :S
