Hey
I also have the same problem, having lost one of the smallest earbuds (which the manual calls them), and having ears too small for the medium or large.
I have contacted Sony and apparently they don't do replacements, which seems bloody stupid if you ask me!
If anyone doesn't use the small earbuds and would like to swap them for a spare set of larger ones then that would be fantastic! PM me please!!
Thanks in advance

(i think this must be the US website) http://www.shurestore.com/earphones/eseries_accessories.html#FLEX but apparently the soft flex 'shure' replacement buds fit on the Sony EX-71's and EX-81's, so i reckon they would fit on the HPM-70 no probs. This seems to be a grey area that
didnt think about, or werent conerned about, which is very poor to be honest.

I saw a set on ebay, but they didn't actually look like the ones I have. I think they may just be cheap imitations.

incase anyone was wondering, the ex51 rubbers fit but are slightly different from the hpm70s

I've had the same problem. Called and complained to Sony lots of times, don't want to spend all that dosh on a new headset. I have a small and would swap a set for a medium (my size).. I'm in UK. Sony said that they hadn't heard of this, however everyone I know with this phone has had the same problem.... love the phone though

forgive for being too dumb asking this question
does these earbuds you guys talking about fits the HPB-60 headphones.
coz i lost my ear cushions for HPB-60, is there any replacement for this?

uumm how bout the cushoins supplied with the HPB60, where can one buy extras? one will actually fit the said unit...
Posted by marktang
i dont think u can just buy the cushion part...but u can just buy a cheap headphones with cushion and just take the cushions off and put it on ur ones....most cushions would work

Just bumping this thread as I've just lost one of my "medium" pads.
I'm not the only one - a friend also lost one of his "mediums" and swapped to the "large" but sadly didn't keep remaining "medium".
Has anyone found a satisfactory solution to this? I've looked on eBay and the only ear buds labelled specifically as for the HPM-70s are black, don't look close to mine and are supplied as 2xsmall and 2xlagre (no mediums!).
Other people are selling selling "full" sets (2xsmall, 2xmedium, 2xlarge) for Sony Fontopia ex51/ex71SL/ex81 that look about right and would probably fit. This said, I read a post somewhere on here or Expansys by someone who already had ex71s and bought HPM-70's and said that whilst the HPM-70's looked similar, they "seemed to go further in to the ear and fit better".
I just cannot believe that official spares aren't available. For God's sake, you can buy a full W800i cases/keypads/displays!
Would be very greatful to hear if anyone has come with a solution to this.
