Anyone know what is this?
When you put this code( <**<) to the phone, you find out this menu;
net1 ,net2.
when you open one of this ,the coise is MNC2 and MNC3.
The saived choise is MNC2.
what will be when I give MNC3?

It stands for mobile network code, to identify network in 2 or 3 digits, normally 2.
