Samsung D500 Problem

My samsung screen is inverted i.e. viewable properly through a mirror lol, any advice!! this happened after i turned off my phone to charge, when i turned it back on it was inverted!

Quite possibly a data ribbon fault - the data ribbon that runs from the phone PCB to the screen area. It may have just come slightly loose, in which case all it will need is pushing back in a bit (but taking the phone apart can be a bit tricky!)
