T68i settings BT Openworld - Cannot connect to server problem

Hello

I have a continuing problem where I set up the my email account on my T68i
R5A020
which works for a day or so then I get the cannot connect to server problem.

I have searched the forum and all my settings are correct including the DNS
address and
both the server addresses all are in numerical format.

Has anybody experienced the same problem or any suggestions
