Clever idea i guess. But i garantee within no time at all most dogs will have managed to pull/chew it off and then eat it
so at $400 it makes it one expensive dog toy.

Yeh $400 is a bit steep for what is basically a fancy dog collar...cant really see this catching on for that sort of price.
