@Limit_s, welcome to esato
this will get you started. As for the Joystick, you may find dirt and dust, that you can remove. If you try the search you will find several threads regarding the joystick problem some people have had on the k700.

Indeed, if you're not sure about opening up the phone, its much better to let a technician handle it..
