Call restriction- help - Esato archive

I hav a SE T230 on Hutch Kolkata(India) I want to restrict unwanted outgoing calls from my fon is it possible. There is a function for call restriction. I used 0000 password to active it but i get a msg saying commend error. PLEASE HELP ME

I also have that problem. I think it is network dependant.
