Copy of Ringtone from Old Ericsson t28 to Moto Razr?

Can anyone help me with figuring out how to first find a copy of the old Ericsson T28 ringtone "Melody 1" and then get it on my new Motorola Razr to use it as a ringtone? I know it sounds lame or corny, but I do so love that ringtone and I can't imagine my phone ringing without it. Thanks so much.
