Have you noticed that on the packets they actually say "lost penguin"? Maybe its a special pack and you get to visit the missing penguins in the South Pole?

Try sending them an email first, saying that there is one missing, possibly attach a pic, to save you having to send back the whole lot. I did this with a king pot noodle, which the contents only covered the bottom of the carton, and I got vouchers back to cover the cost of 3 king pot noodles. They may ask for the exp date, and the bar-code number.

Is this topic just about penguin bars?

Anyway...I once bought some cases of Evian mineral water and in one of the sealed bottles was a dead fly,i promptly contacted the company and told them what i had found, they sent someone down the following day to have a check and he confirmed it was something that must have slipped in through the bottling process and offered me a free case to which i said no.because being greedy as we are i wanted more so i threatened to go to the media to which they paniced and asked me what i wanted,so being the nice guy that i am i asked for 10 more free cases to which they obliged...so thats my story!

Just to add something but nothing to do with the above mention:

I won a online competion last week in which i won 5 cases of imported mexican beer a vollyball kit and some t-shirts,sandles,cd's,ect.

Anyone interested in a vollyball kit? PM me!

sorry to hear about your misfortunate but I do have to say, speaking as an Aussie, that Tim Tams are much nicer than penguins IMHO, although the people at NiceCupOfTeaAndASitDown.com seem to dissagree

can't say I've ever had anything missing like this

Posted by max99
yea timtams r rite nice but expensive in uk

Posted by Pradhika
I guess an original penguine might have kidnapped the missing one.;-)

Yup, and I just LOVE - Tim Tam too ! I always grab-a-cart when it goes on SALE (50% discount) . . . about to EXPIRE in a month's time, that's why !

Penguins are EVIL!

The biscuits are quite nice, though.
