connecting msn with gprs

hi every one, i have recenlty got telenor connection, i have configured all the gprs, wap , mms settings,,, but can't connect to the msn chat application... it gives error that your network has troubleshooting withile connecting etc etc... can any one plz help me!!! i have se k500i, can any body tell me which msn chat application is best...
