Jabra BT250v W800i blootooth connection

I have Jabra BT250v W800i and I have got them to connect but the only problem is that when the W800i rings I get no response from the Jabra but I know they are paired up. The phone just rings and I have to answer it in the normal way. I think that it is something to do with the profiles. Can anyone help on that one please.
