Firmware update please find

I need an mpx200 firmware update, can anyone find a free one and give me the link, it needs to be the one that activates mms and 900mhz

900mhz is a function of the phone and does not need to be activated. also MMS is a service of your service provider.

I have found out that vodafone run off any gsm network like 1800mhz and 1900mhz
so i dont need that
BUT i was told that if you get an at&t wireless it has an application lock and locks mms
some say the firmware upgrade (from windows 2002 to windows 2003) will let you have mms
i really dont have a clue
i thought if you had sim unlocked the phone that would take off the application lock
but i also thought the mms block would work with the w2003 upgrade
I dont ave a clue
that is why i am posting this topic!
