If you were using a Symbian phone with Netfront installed, you could easily select which images you wanted to save... In fact, Netfront would allow you to save to either the MMC or the phone's memory...

on K750 inbuilt browser you can save images.
wap.google.com has an images search function. Search for images, then highlight the image and click more then save. You will then get a thumbnail list of images on the page, select the one you want and save.
Easy as pie.

it has the following options only : web, mobile web, local. No image search options.

it's in this link:
http://www.google.com/xhtml

that's the exact page I get when I put wap.google.com into my phone's internal browser.
Here's an image I downloaded by searching for darth vader.
It's made it's way from google images on wap to my phone, then via bluetooth to my computer, and then back onto the web at esato

yup! Have to agree with you. Andor is really a great wap image search engine. Also it does not take much time to get used to it.
Posted by Greggy
Glad u agree lol u can also send the pic to an email

Can the images be resized to fit my phones screen size? I downloaded a couple of images but the size was in most cases, too small.
Posted by Greggy
too small?? are u clicking the 2nd link under each pic and not just the pic itself
Posted by BlueQuill
I am using a nokia. And on my browser, there is no way/option to select the image itself. Either i can click on the first link - gives a reduced version of the image. Or , click on the second link - which in most cases leads to nothing. Any suggestions ?

yeh the 1st link downloads the thumbnail pic the 2nd link.. eredeti kép downloads full size image and works fine on my p900 dont know why your having probs

Google search for ABPHONE and that is one of the best sites to cut size and collect images.
Posted by Greggy
i repeat andor is the only pic serch engine around that donloads the full size pic if you try to enlarge on say abphone the image blurs and pixilates

he's right you know. andor is by far the best if you want full size images. clicking erediti(sp?) under the image gives you the full size one most of the time. as in it'll give you pc size wallpapers if you want.
