you reckon this is a FW issue? I used to have 1250014_EU_1_MI/R2G001 then one day it died and I had to have it flash-erased- meron lang daw sila FW 1250081_TAIWAN_MI/R2J005 (taking away my multicharacter contacts search :'c) on both instances i've had Globe K750 OTA settings but it has never worked. (WAP works fine btw. . .MMS lang talaga problema ko)
I'll post my settings, can you check against yours? Maraming salamat po. . .

the only thing i did different this time - '3' yung external ID ng myGlobe MMS data acct.. nung nag-'GO' > 2951 ako GPRS & internet profiles yung na receive ko OTA, tas I got the WAP settings from SE support. I swear I had the same settings before i did the reset settings. weird, akala ko irrelevant na yung external ID ng data acct. as long as it's the same data acct you use for the internet profile
btw yung http://192.40.100.22:10021/mmsc msg server sa msging > settings > picture msg

compatible ba yung MPF-10 with the K600? SE support lists just the T610 & T630 pero may mga pics with the P800 & K700 flying around clubsonyericsson.com

@ flam text 'GO' to 2951- everything should work just follow the prompts (should being the operative word- lol) otherwise get the settings OTA from SE support
* one note- the only way I got MMS working in my K600 was when myGlobe MMS was third down the list of data accts (external ID: 3)

@619 thnx may availble na ba dto like sa smartnet (meron pa bang smartnet) ng firmware update ng w9 bagal kse ng r5ac011 mas nabibilisan pako sa w8 ko b4...by the way i bought mine from gray market kya non warranty sya and its made in china no multi character search...thnx

Namimili pa Globe for the Vendor kaya may 3G testing for certain areas and using Globe service phones coz of some special programming with the sim for the 3G to work.

yup testing, pero u have to buy a new sim or upgrade ur sim ata parang ganun. well, matanong nga kung anong apn and details sa switch.. 619-re vendor, yung ginagamit na pang-test is parang stand-alone lang certain areas lang. not yet fully covered. kumbaga kasama sa package trial na binili dun sa licensed na isinakay lang dun sa existing system. most likely ericsson sytems ready na sa 3G sa globe

tingin ko HINDI.. bago pa ma-implement dito 3G satin kalat na mga wi-fi phone. like P990i etc. ngayon pa lang kalat na wifi kahit saan and murang mura pa, minsan pa nga libre.

wifi is for data and voip...
and maybe soon, somebody might create instant messaging w/ webcam using wifi 802.11b
