1 week na sira phone line ko... cant contact 173... putcha....

anong award nakuha ni MVP? eh those voted for him are not using pldt service yata...

more than 24hrs na kami tumawag sa 173... "all agent are pucking engaged in other calls...."
they want to you text to a 02 number.. then we have to pay for that sms pa

ang 171 ba ay outsourced? ang sumasagot ba ng email sa telserv dsl support ay outsourced din? siguro dapat maglagay kayo ng disclaimer na pag palpak ang CS nyo e dahil outsourced, o kaya pagsagot sa phone o email: sorry we are only an outsourced service bear with us

2 days ang nawala sa akin dahil sa kawalang coordination ng meridian at ng contractor nila..pinagpasa-pasahan ako ng meridian at 171 walang makapagbigay ng tamang sagot sa mga tanong ko...

kung nalait ka dun sa statement ko, sensya na, wala na akong time magtanong sa mga kausap ko ng 'taga-pldt ka ba o outsourced lang kayo?'

oist PLDT o outsourced call center , sana pag me ganyang problema, tignan na lang ang maaaring gawin at aksyonan na , wag ng maging defensive, makakabawi pa kayo sa palpak na ginawa ng kung sino mang kasamahan o representante nyo.... para lahat masaya.....

you're not looking at this at the POV of the customer.

the customer don't care if your help desk is outsourced or not, for them, whoever answers their call represents your company. end of story.

kasalanan ba ng customer kung palpak pala ang napiling call center ng kumpanya? hindi, diba?

customers aren't always right but customers are kings!

kase kung ganon di ko na po irerecommend sa client namin, Globe na lang para walang sakit ng ulo

yun nga ang problema eh..pano makakapag suggest ang mga taga PLDT para ma ayos yung problema ni estong kung ang involve na kumpanya eh di taga PLDT kundi taga SMART at MERIDIAN...Ang pagtatama lang sa maling bintang ni estong ang ginagawa ko.

Di ko naman sinasabing walang karapatan na magreklamo si estong..tinatama ko lang kung sino ang dapat nyang ireklamo..hwag nyang sabihin na taga PLDT yung sumasagot sa kanya sa telepono kasi di naman taga PLDT.Simpleng simple pero sagot mo anlayo..tinutumbok ng sagot mo eh sinasabi mo na walang karapatan magreklamo si estong

With regards with PLDT Global di ko alam kung outsourced yung helpdesk nila..You always have other telco providers to choose

dex... if only i could, may 8months pa ito...
i subscribed to pldt bec i want to apply dsl.. but after installing, they said di daw supported ng dsl yung linya ko...

funny when i asked before re the dsl, they wont know if supported or not.. dapat magpakabit daw ako ng line bago malalaman...

@dan mag globelines ka nalang kasi di pa required ng linya telepono just say you want only data...you only pay for the dsl di na babayaran monthly ng telepono mwehehehehehe
