K750i Software problem? - Esato archive

currently once a week my k750i resets itself to all the sony ericsson settings for ringtones & message alerts. i get a black square high lighting my selection on the menu screen. when i notice this problem, i switch my phone off & then back on again & the problem goes away again. i have up graded the software to R1N035 & the problem still excists. does anyone have a solution?

This is probably (maybe) an issue with the memory card bug in this firmware. If your tones are stored on your card and you have recently connected to your PC the card will sometimes 'lose' itself when disconnecting. If you turn off and back on the card is there again and so are your tones. to check - when they dissapear have a look in the files manager and if there is a red line through the file on the left hand side it is currently unnavailable and a restart is necessary. If it's not that then I don't know..sorry.
