service test - help please

can anyone tell me what im doing wrong please? When im in standby and i do the service test, because i have the camera as a shortcut, as soon as i press the joystick right, it stays on camera and wont go to the service page, i dont know wat to do to now, as ive tried changing the shortcut but it wont work. The reason i have to access it is because my memory card sais its full and even though i know it isnt and im not sure what to do, do i delete from the phone memory or the stick memory and if its the latter, how do i do it. Thanks for any advice

change your cam shortcut to lets say... file manager? then try the service test

you dont the service menu for this, simply go into file manager on phone + click the right softkey 'more' and then manage memory card and you'll be able to see whats using up the memory on ur card

Try to delete some memory then switch off/on your phone hope i helped you
