Cingular making big bucks

The latest numbers I saw showed that Cingular's profits have gone up 56% this year.

If they only could use some of that money to improve their worst class customer service.

they may be making money but they have a s%$# load of other problems like huge network and billing issues and we all know that cs is really bad I really wonder when are they gonna get their act together
