It's reasonable for the price, but personally I definately wouldn't call it a 'good' laptop.
The things that set alarm bells ringing for me is that:
- It's a Celeron processor
- Shared graphics memory
- No DVD-RW drive
Basically, if you're not going to want to play games on it, encode movie files, or burn files to DVD then it'll probably do you ok.
This is just your basic surf the web, send email, play old or very low spec games, watch a DVD and do office stuff laptop, don't expect much more of it than that!

Well if you can stretch to another £2.72 there's this:
Made by Acer (cracking laptops, mine is an Acer!), AMD sempron 3000+ CPU, only 256 meg of ram but it's enough to start with and you can alway add more later.
You're going to have to settle for a budget processor if you want a laptop for £450, so I would recommend a Sempron any day over a celeron.
