The missus brother has got this phone which he no longer uses. It was his cotract phone on orange, and due to upgrade he no longer uses it. We have inserted an orange pay as you go sim card, and we are getting a message on screen saying limited service?????? The phone ahs a full signal. Anyone got any ideas.

is the pay as you go sim brand new? you need to ring orange to activate it.
