You only get the phone and battery with SIM card. My dad ordered two and phoned them up, they said it's happened with every V220(their code of conduct).
They're not unlocked either!!

More reports appearing that O2 are charging some people twice for this phone

Just an update. Recieved a package from o2 today which included a moto v547 plus charger, sent me the v547 instead of the v220 as this was out of stock (said it was the upgrade to the v220, not bad for 15 squid
