I didn't see a java one yet, and I expect it would be quite sizable if there is one, but last week someone asked for a dictionary in this thread and a good wap site was suggested

I have an English java dictionary on my laptop. It's around 10MB and works with K750 too but slow. It's speed was fine on K550.

There's a dictionary called VIRENS DICTIONARY which is around 6MB . . . . . . And the other one is VIKRANT CHAVAN ENGLISH DICTIONARY . . . You can find the later one in wap.getjar.com . . . . For first one do a google search. . . . .
