getting really annoyed with itunes, please help

ive got a problem with itunes, ive had ti for ages, I have the latest version, biut now it wont load up, I click it and it opens then it comes up with a error message and closes, I have re installeed, repaired restarted and everyhting, but still the same problem, can anyone help?
