k500 startup problem - Esato archive

ever since i got my k500 flashed and debranded a few weeks ago by an esato member ive had a problem with it. every time i switch it on no matter what sim the start up wizard comes up. even if i choose for it not to come up on start up. ive tried a master and settings reset with no joy. its r2a0e33. any ideas?

yes. do not have a sync station though. will come up whatever i press, yes, no....etc...
