Been on holiday, switched jobs, got a wee bit fatter, now a nokia user (broke my lovely p900 and im using my dads old phone), bought a new leather suite, sold my X-Box, won an iPod Shuffle, co-running our new site with djcreamz ( http://spurious.12.forumer.com/index.php ) and been cycling to work. Oh yes, i love my iPod. Used to hate them, but ever since i got one for free they are the business. Great on the cycle to work, dead light, small, ideal in fact.

Dammit, i fell off my bike on the way to work this morning!! Riding too close to a fence to let a jogger past, my handle bar caught a fencepost and i went bum over booby, clean over the handlebars. Because i was pedalling as well, the chain came off! Oh yes! Still, at least i've got a really cool bruise now.

Nerja was lovely. I loved all the wee windy streets and the views were just fabulous. Stayed at the Verano Azul apartments, which were okay, but it wasnt very *clean* - no change of sheets or towels for the whole week! The food wsa okay, some places we went it wasn't too good, and other places it was gorgeous. Found a wee Italian place in the plaza behind the Balcony Of Europe (fabulous view from the balcony!) which was just great...until she ordered mussels and i nearly spewed because i cant stand shellfish! Honestly, they were huge, all covered in hairs and barnacles and stuff! Euch! Anyway, the Caves were spectacular, well worth a visit if you're ever in the area. It was my first time abroad, and i thoroughly enjoyed it. It's given me the travel bug now, im off to Bulgaria in February.

did you go down to Playa Burriana (Burriana Beach), theres a great bar called Bitter and Twisted, run by ex brits... lovey nosh there.
If i'd know you were going i would of given you some tips before you went!

Never went to Burriana beach, im not big on beaches. Spent a day on the small one on the right of the balcony, though. Never checked out bitter and twisted, though it was recommended a couple of times. Watched the football in that small welsh bar, the 3 cliffs i think its called, i got so drunk it was unbelievable. Glorious.

Her flat is bigger than mine, i phoned my landlord and i'm going to have a look at it, see if its worth moving. Its got an extra bedroom, and mine is getting a wee bit small for me.
Getting a set of Apple headphones off miss copperfield, hopefully i'll recieve them around tuesday or wednesday, i damaged my old ones, water in the speakers.

Went and looked at a new flat yesterday, its right next door to me. Its a little more expensive, but its so much bigger. I'm single (thats right, ladies!) so i dont really NEED the extra space, but i want it! I could always let out a room, and split the rent...

Yeah, You know, its an intereasting fact, but i had no idea what was going to happen when i finished the countdown...i never finished it, just abandoned it.
Anyways, time for another meths update:
We got jumped by a bunch of neds (thats chavs, for the uneducated plebs in the audience) and i saved the day! Fist were aswingin' but it dodnt stop my face getting his face smashed with a bottle
he was in hospital for 6 hours! There was 7 or 8 of us, but everyone apart from me and my pal had walked on, they were a couple of hundred yards up the road, when we got jumped. Anyways, Bobby went down, and i chased the buggers off with a combination of punches that didnt connect and screaming abuse at the hoodied assailants. Then i carried (dragged, really) Bobby round to the petrol station and started to clean him up. Everyone else came back to see where we were, and i was acclaimed as a hero and a champion of justice and truth, a pillar of strength and vitality. Even though i let my pal get whacked in the face with a bottle. Sweet!

Ahh, I had a good weekend there. Won £20 at the dominoes, my local got Bud on tap installed, and it was my mates birthday and we had a fantastic night out. On the down side, i went to the Co-op to spend £15 on bread and milk and suchlike, ended up spending £57 on "special offers"...oops!
