V800 - Bad receiption, dropped calls

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a V800 in Auckland, New Zealand and have experienced very bad receiption on the 3G network, dropped calls, unable to make calls etc. I am very disappointed.

I have the same problem with my V800 .. suddenly the reception of signals became very poor. I can not use the phone hardly at all. I have tried to upgrade software without success. I hope someone out there can help?
